2. Services
QuinelApp is an online prediction pool platform for the 2026 international football tournament. Users can create or join private tournaments, submit match and bracket predictions, track leaderboard results, and purchase a one-time QuinelApp Pass to unlock higher tournament limits and premium features.
3. Age requirement
QuinelApp is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not create an account, purchase QuinelApp Pass, or use the Services.
4. Independent platform and no official affiliation
QuinelApp is an independent prediction pool platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any official football tournament organizer, governing body, football federation, team, league, player, sponsor, or rights holder.
5. No gambling, betting, or prize-payout services
QuinelApp is intended for entertainment and private prediction-pool management only. The platform does not provide gambling, betting, wagering, sportsbook, lottery, or prize-payout services. Users may not use the Services to organize or participate in betting, wagering, paid prize pools, or any activity that requires a gaming or gambling license.
6. Accounts and user responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, and all activity under their account. You may not transfer, sell, or share your profile or account access.
7. User-generated tournament content
Users are responsible for tournament names, descriptions, display names, team names, feedback, predictions, and other content they submit. Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content. QuinelApp may remove, restrict, or modify user-submitted content, suspend access, or take other action if content violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or platform-integrity concerns.
8. Purchases, QuinelApp Pass, and refunds
QuinelApp Pass is a one-time digital access pass for the tournament period and is not a subscription. The current public price is $10 USD unless shown differently at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. QuinelApp does not directly collect or store full debit or credit card numbers.
Before purchasing, users should review the Pass price, benefits, limits, and checkout details. Refund requests may be reviewed manually and are not guaranteed. As a general policy, users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not substantially used paid features. Refunds may be denied if the user has created premium-capacity tournaments, joined tournaments beyond free limits, used expanded participant limits, or otherwise received substantial QuinelApp Pass benefits. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.
9. Scores, rankings, and data accuracy
Scores, fixtures, rankings, leaderboards, and prediction results may depend on official match data, manual updates, third-party data, or administrative inputs. While we aim to keep information accurate, QuinelApp does not guarantee that all match information, scoring, standings, or leaderboard calculations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or updated in real time. We may correct scoring, leaderboard, fixture, or administrative errors when discovered.
10. Third-party links, sponsors, and advertisements
The Services may include links to third-party websites, sponsor pages, advertisements, social media pages, payment processors, analytics providers, or external product pages. QuinelApp does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, products, policies, availability, prices, delivery, refunds, or transactions.
